This class is designed for cyclists in mind. The focus will be on the key muscles that are in high demand when riding your bikes, such as your quads, hamstrings, and calves. There will also be a component of breathing fully, and how this can benefit your riding! No need to sign up, arrive 10-15 mins early; space holds 50 yogis. There is free parking, either along the highway or along Commercial Street, the parking at the back of OmTown is reserved for staff only. Pay parking is also available.
