The week ahead
MONDAY NIGHT DEVELOPMENT RIDE Leaving from the Nanaimo Ice Center at 6pm (weather permitting) a casual NO DROP ride. Broken into two or three groups depending on turn out. A great way to learn how and get comfortable riding in a group.
TUESDAY NIGHT CRITERIUM
Registration on Boxwood road at 6pm, racing at 6:30. Bring $5 or buy a seasons pass. Don't forget if you have a seasons pass you need to bring your timing chip. Replacements for lost/damaged chips cost $10.

THURSDAY NIGHT 20km TIME TRIAL
Riders check in at 6pm just past Southforks on Nanaimo River Road.
