MIVA 40KM I.T.T. Nanaimo River Road
June 21st.
It was a near-perfect night with no wind, 18 deg. C. and high humidity.
As a result, seven of the participants did personal bests for the distance,
including two who were riding the distance for the first time. Don
Gillmore did his fastest 40 km for the year and was very content with
his performance.
Next week is another 40km I.T.T.
Next Tuesday, there will be the regular Boxwood Criterium at 7pm. If there are enough juniors present, there will be a youth criterium at 6.30pm.Come early to register.

As the Cobblestone Classic has been cancelled for this year, the Thursday time trial on Nanaimo River Road will go as usual. Distance is 40km and start time is 7.01. For those who just want to ride a 20km, you will get a time but will not count for points except 2 for participation. Next Tuesday's criterium is also on as usual.
