Pacific Sport's annual coaches week is fast approaching. In addtion to the many good workshops, they are hosting Rowing Canada coach Mike Spracklen for breakfast on Friday Sept. 23rd at the Coast Bastion Inn in Nanaimo. Mike will be speaking on his perspective of 'Excellence' and extracting the best of those around you. Here is a quote from one of his former athlete's blog;
