The MIVA winter trainer sessions start Thursday 29th. from 7.30pm-9pm. at Pleasant Valley School, Dunbar Road, Nanaimo (off Metral Drive). Suffer fest videos will be shown each week. Fee is $5.00 . Remember to bring a rug or towel to protect the floor.
The video that interviewer Andrew Garland taped at the COTR Championships on Saturday will be aired tonight, Wednesday, at 5.40pm and 6.50pm PST. It will also be on You tube by the weekend.

On Saturday November 24thOBB is having it's annual season ending cyclo-cross, andcustomer appreciation party. Doors will open at 7:30pm and there will be drinks and snacks and a DJ, last years party was a lot of fun, so please drop by. OBB is also doing a fundraiser for the Nanaimo Food Bank this year. Anyone who makes a 10lb food donation gets 10% OFF any parts or accessories, anyone who makes a 25lb food donation gets 10% OFF a bike including 2013 models and bikes already on sale. This could add up to 25% OFF most 2012 models still in stock. Plus any type of donation gets you entered for a $250 gift card to be used however you like!
