INDOOR TRAINER SESSIONS OVER UNTIL NEXT JANUARY

This Thursday indoor trainer session at Pleasant Valley School, Nanaimo, is cancelled due to a school Christmas concert. The next session will be on January 3rd, 2013. Don't forget to continue your workouts at home with the Sufferfest videos. It's a great way to stay slim and trim over Christmas.
