MIVA 40KM I.T.T.

Nanaimo River Road

June 21st.

It was a near-perfect night with no wind, 18 deg. C. and high humidity.

As a result, seven of the participants did personal bests for the distance,

including two who were riding the distance for the first time. Don

Gillmore did his fastest 40 km for the year and was very content with

his performance.
