Don't miss out on the last two Nanaimo criteriums of the season. If all of this year's participants turn up at once, there would be a start list of 35 riders - not bad for a local, midweek race.

Nanaimo River Road Only three riders out on a perfect evening. Don Gillmore was a minute slower than expected as he has been doing some heavy track training in preparation for the provincial championships. Kyle Waring did a personal best, beating his previous best by well over a minute, and Janna Gillick beat her best time for the year by 1 second.

In the men's series competition, there is only one point between 2^nd and 3^rd., 2 points between 5^th. And 6^th. and 0ne point separates 9^th. and tenth. However, the women's and youth categories are pretty well set.

This week's Thursday time trial starts at 6.30pm. If you are coming, please be there early as the days are shortening.
