MIVA 20KM I.T.T. Nanaimo River Road
April 27th, 2012Nice night tonight a bit cool windy but dropped significantly as the riders came back from the turn. The organiser mad a dreadful error in going to the 20km turn instead of the 15km turn. He hasn't done that kind of thing in about thirty years. Senile dementia must be setting in. Observing the riders out on the course, some were very efficient, with good form and high cadence but others were not taking advantage of the aero equipment on their bikes and had too slow-a -cadence. Peter Marshal is a Canadian who was a great competitive road cyclist in the 1970's. Subsequently, he turned first to wholesale bicycle and parts import and distribution and then into the retail end of our sport. owning and operating a quality LBS in St. Catharines, Ontario.
