Due to the poor air quality it is not wise to do strenuous exercise so I am cancelling tonight's (Monday) group ride. It's a good day to go to the air conditioned gym.Let's hope they can get these fires under control.
Due to great participation and success our Monday night beginner/intermediate group rides will continue into the summer.Come learn and practice group riding in a fun and friendly group with a "no drop" policy. See you Mondays at 6pm at the NIC.
