MONDAY Development Ride - NIC 6pm - come one come all. Anticipating 3 or maybe 4 groups so there should be one for everyone. The slowest group will practice "pace lining" (changing out the front rider).

THURSDAY 15k TT - this distance should appeal to most people, so why not come and try it out. I raced last week after a long time off - I was reminded that it is challenging but fun to compete against yourself or others. See you Thursday!

Back by popular demand are the Wednesday night rides which will be lead by Rock City Cycles and supported by MIVA. You must be a MIVA member (which means you are insured) OR you MUST sign a waiver before you ride.

With the threat of rain and a smaller field the race was cut to 25 laps.   On lap 19 the rain arrived and the race was cut further as the road began to get wet with the riders getting the bell on lap 21. Results
